He even offers the 203k renovations loans that so many people need when they buy an older or outdated home. He has actually made flyers for my Open House on a couple of occasion and showed up at them to greet potential buyers! A great guy and a Great Loan Officer!

Keller Williams Realty

Keller Williams Realty

Where to begin. What…read morestarted with high hopes ended in complete disappointment with Keller Williams and their agent. We are first time homebuyers who attended an open house hosted by Keller Williams agent Rosa Moncayo. After viewing the property, we were interested and immediately had our realtor contact Rosa. The first contract was drafted but had to be redone because it was written in the ex-husband's name. A second contract was negotiated and signed by both the seller and the buyers. After the contract was signed, Rosa and her client added handwritten changes to the agreement. We requested that these additions be properly typed into a revised contract. While the third and final contract was being prepared, the seller accidentally caused a fire that damaged both her fence and her neighbor's fence. Rosa asked our realtor to give the seller the weekend to process the situation and work through insurance matters before we signed the updated contract. After the weekend, we visited the property to assess the fire damage. We agreed that the contract, that all parties has already signed, would not need any charges after the fire. That same day, we learned that Rosa planned to present another offer to the seller that evening. An offer from a buyer that is also represented by another Keller Williams agent from the same business. Shady business. From beginning to end, this situation was handled in a way that felt extremely unprofessional, disappointing, and ultimately resulted in a very negative experience for us as first time buyers. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Keller Williams and will not recommend to anyone else looking now or in the future.
