The picture I showed them for what I wanted done is not what I got. I took my mom to go get our nails done together. Hers were absolutely amazing mine however not so much. There were three nail techs at the location but only one who was actually doing nails. It cost me $115 for both sets which isn't terrible price but my nails looked awful will not go back. read more

I was disappointed with my first visit here. I went in for a pedicure and signed in, then sat for an hour. That didn't bother me what did was they took someone who arrived after me first. Guess they do not want my business even though I mentioned. My back hurts from the lack of cushion in their seats. read more

I was kind of nervous to go here because the reviews weren't that great. But I was pleasantly surprised! The service was quick (about 45-50 minutes total) which was awesome because I came in between classes. They were kind of rough on my cuticle but not unbearable. I have been to this salon several time for different types of manicures, pedicures and nail treatments. The service is great and its generally busy evenings, but usually quiet and relaxing place to treat yourself without a lot of chaos. The owners are very personable and genuine locals. I enjoy supporting this business, and I'm picky... and they pay attention to the details every time. Always leave there feeling happy and refreshed! Plus their prices are very good, too. read more

Tried to make an appointment an hour before I had shown up. The owner said just to walk-in. My sister and I have been waiting for almost an hour to get our nails done. It was not even busy! Three people were working on pedicures while one person was doing manicures. Not too happy about any of this. read more

I've always loved how my nails have come out. They've also fixed a few botched manicures by other retailers and done a great job. Would recommend them to anyone. My only complaint is that they don't have more colors that are fully opaque sparkle nail polish. read more

So many things were off about this place. Pedicure stations weren't draining properly. Massage options on my chair weren't functioning properly. Three of us made an appointment to have pedicures done together. They weren't ready for us for another 40 minutes. Pedicures were not done at the same time as requested when appointment was made. One person in our group was to the polish stage before the 2nd person had their pedicure start. First person in our group asked for a certain design and showed a picture and still didn't receive requested design. Design was a small, simple heart placed diagnolly on the inner corner of the big toe. Once my pedicure started the ladies working on my feet and my Mom's feet were debating whether they should come back to that place to work after they have their babies or go to another salon. The staff was definitely overbooked. They were rushing from client to client, station to station. I didn't care for the warm towel treatment, half hearted massage and sloppy polish job. Maybe we caught them on a bad day. But, I sure won't be back. All the things listed above added up to one awkward experience. read more

This was a terrible experience. My heels are in bad shape from the dry weather and I asked for callus removal and would be willing to pay extra even, but the girl said it was included in the basic package. She used a cheese grater on them and then put oil on them after wards. Now they are worse than before I came in and will post a pic to prove it. I'm very disappointed. read more
