(see pic) The only access is through the drive thru, but you have to honk your horn or shout for them to notice you. And even then, regular customers just brush past you to get their stuff dropped off or picked up and the counter person just lets them cut. Stops working on your things and gets right to theirs before going back to your things. As far as cleaning, they don't get all the stains out, and I'm not talking wine or grease. I've used Tide To Go with success on stains that they set in! The value for the money is not there either. They were more expensive than my previous cleaners. Having said all that, the people were very kind and friendly.

There are so many good things that I could list about furniture Medic and Mike. I guess the biggest…read morething that I liked about Furniture Medic is Mike's attention to detail. He worked very hard to match my furniture colors to other furniture I had already purchased (and they were not easy to match - they had lots of colors all blended in just the right way). I had 2 pieces he refinished that were my great great grandmothers and he did an outstanding job. One of the pieces had a missing wood piece and he was able to make me a replacement. You could not tell it did not come from the factory in the 1900's, it was perfect! He was always in communication with me, via phone, email, text (whatever communication you prefer he accommodated). He gave me the choice to come out and look at the furniture while he was in the process of completing it to make sure it was exactly what I wanted, but due to my busy schedule I opted for text pics. He did just that, with no questions asked. Mike is very professional and I would recommend anyone wanting furniture refinished or painted to take it to Furniture Medic and tell him I sent you!

Since i paid cash he knocked a few bucks off the price which i thought was awesome as well. When it comes to gun stores a lot of places have a 'stigma' attached to them that they aren't pleasant and willing to work with people who don't know about the industry. Based off my interactions with them and observing their interactions with other customers I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store to first time gun owners or seasoned gun owners. I plan to make myself a regular here when i move to the area.
