It was a monumental task and that's an understatement. The operator/owner, Jalicia, showed up on time fully prepared. This lady worked ABOVE AND BEYOND! Not ONLY cleaning but packing boxes, cleaning out overstuffed closets, packing dishes and cleaning cabinets, sorting clothes in a crowded, tight laundry room, clearing a path in the basement, and breaking down small mountains of shoes, clothes, cleaning toilets, animal droppings, filling and moving endless boxes of household items and oh lord! The trash. She cleaned a 2500 sq. ft. 3- 3-bedroom, basement, with a garage over three days. This job was massive!!! Jalicia is hands on and rolled her sleeves up and got it did!!!!! Jalicia Cleaning Company is professional!! Masked up, sanitized, considerate, and personable. All safety protocols are strictly adhered to! She (Jalicia) is also very very trustworthy and accommodating in regards to scheduling. She adjusted a lot for me and I am so grateful! I don't know what I could have done without her. I would also say that prices were affordable and about what you expect to pay nationally. I mean you get what you pay for! I was extremely satisfied!! Worth EVERY penny! She WORKS hard! Please believe! Definitely keeping her on my radar!! Certainly sharing with friends&family as well as anyone who asks for a referral!! Ya heard me? I can't heap enough praise on Jalicia and her staff. I would highly, highly recommend them for ALL your cleaning/housekeeping needs! Buyers should beware if purchasing a Groupon because they don't want to do it for a discount. If you use this service pay regular price because they do not honor coupons. I could tell on phone when she was saying only 3 rooms it was a ripe off. If there were stipulations like that state it in Groupon. If it was a deep cleaning and valued at $250 it should have been more than 3 rooms. So glad I was able to find someone at the last minute.
