The guy that started my quote failed to communicate and follow up for scheduling services I paid half down for. And even then failed to initiate 2 other windows he quoted me for. If it wasn't for Casey taking over, I would have asked for my money back. Overall it took from the beginning of April until the end of September to complete the work (2 window repairs and one door installation). By the end I was having to call every week to ask when they were going to be able to complete the unfinished job from 3 weeks prior. The guys were nice but I will never recommend them for residential work, nor will I ever look to them for services ever again.

01 June 2010 i hired Dennis to put a new roof, siding and windows on my house, garage and shop. He…read morecharged quite a lot, but I was sure that we were getting a professional job. He hired unemployed kids off the street to do the job and never showed up at the job site. The materials were ruined by mishandeling. There is not a square corner anywhere they worked. Roof lines are noticeably off. Siding was put on the house incorrectly and it blows off every time the wind blows(they did offer to correct this for more money) The windows that were replaced had 100 year old hardwood inside the house that the workers ripped out in splinters and replaced with pine that was incorrectly sized, I have since paid a carpenter to come in and replace all of their work. The job was supposed to take 1 month and ended up being over a year. The workers were buying material for the job out of their own pockets. Overall it was a horrible experience that is still costing me money to fix. Normally we would be in court with trying to recover some of the loss, but Dennis had a bout with cancer recently and I told him he needs to quit the business if he can not do it. Hopefully by this time this company is not working on anyone's place and taking their dollars.
