Absolutely ridiculous! Who in life takes tree leaves and trash and throws it into someone else's yard/ditch. Business claims they have zero trees, so the leaves are not theirs ! Omg so if you live in a neighborhood and your neighbors tree sends over leaves, you'll take the time to bring said leaves back to neighbor and put back in their yard? Not this business owner he gets a blower and send all things including trash from wherever over to another yard because he is to lazy to clean it up but likes to place blame. I found out the culprit is actually the owner, he called me mental and said I needed help. I have him on video blowing things from his property across the street into our area. You run a day care and we get balls, toy parts, screaming employees, loud noises all day, etc I'm not bringing that to your front door for a return fee. read more

The level of care and comfort they provide I guess match the cost which is unfortunate because it is children after all. My child goes to before/aftercare and has been going for a few months. We have been to several schools and while this one isn't bad it isn't the best. I just want a school that treats you like family and makes you feel comforted that you have left your child in their hands. I don't necessarily feel that. Because of my income, it is kinda the only place I can bring her right now but by summer time we will be looking for another facility. Don't know how the service is here as far as childcare but I do know the customer service side of it is HORRIBLE. I called and tried to get my son admitted (after another owner black balled me saying I was a difficult mom because I called state on her after my child came home in urine soaked clothes twice in the 5 days he actually attended there) and they refused to return my calls or give me honest answers regarding if there was a vacancy in the toddler room. So I had my friend call right after me asking the same exact question; they told her right away there was an opening and that she can come in anytime to fill out an application. When I called, I spoke with one of the co-owners and she "didn't know" if there was an opening. How do you run a business and you are unaware of things like this. "Oh I'll have someone call you back" never got the call. Ha what a joke. What this screams, is that this daycare obviously doesn't follow state guidelines and that they are use to frequent incidences and don't want to concerned parents like me to involve state if need be. I'm actually glad they didn't take me because now I know that all the daycares that rejected us, don't like to deal with parents when they are at fault! So thank you happy feet! read more
