We do the partner training at home (at our building gym) and Isaiah has been great in tailoring the training routines for us and what's available at the gym. He always varies the routine and focuses on functional exercises, with lots of core and balance. But the exercises aren't just random as he is very knowledgeable and explains the why of certain exercises whenever we ask. He has a great approach, very personable and also always keeping an eye on our postures and making sure we're doing the exercises properly. I appreciate how he pushes us to always try to go a little harder, but is always mindful of our limits so we don't get injured. Within two months we already saw visible results in our bodies and also our resistance and strength. He is also always on time and never missed a session (and we train at 7am!). The only time we had to skip a session he got in touch with us way ahead of time and promptly rescheduled it. We're pretty happy with him as our trainer and will continue working with him this year for sure!

It's not a pool to do real laps, although some people attempt. Treading water, using water weights, walking around or running in place, and things like that work well in this pool. It has enough chlorine in to keep you safe but otherwise the facility could use a bit more deep cleaning and upkeep. With those of us that feel like it is a necessary place for us to be have no complaints. It's been a fantastic place to meet people and actually make some new acquaintances and friends. I've been coming here for a very long time. It was different pre-Covid because you had more hours to come. I missed that. Wade Zinn is the owner and he is my physical therapist. I use this pool for my aquatherapy in order to prepare for my upcoming for my hip replacement. But like I said, I have been coming for years prior to my hip issue and I'll be coming for as long as he keeps this pool open. His sauna is great. I don't think he'll ever open the whirlpool again. It's been closed for - well - since forever. I don't use the other equipment so I have no idea how to evaluate the workout machines. And this small therapeutic pool is not for everyone but I can attest to those of us that come regularly are very appreciative that is here.

Looking…read morethrough the windows, it does have quite an extensive set of weights and machines to get a decent workout. Once you get inside, you see the machines seem older, worn and rusty. There was no energy inside. There were a few other people working out and not to sound ageist but I think all six people I saw were 70 or older. The hours are also an issue. Basically they only open 4 days with very limited hours. It makes me think they are not really catering to the working crowd. I'm sad because the place has a lot of potential.
