Stopped by for a small order and the waits are always long in the drive thru…read more I don't understand when you are telling somebody your order in person and not at a speaker they still manage to get the whole thing wrong. I asked for 4 small bags of donut holes and the manager at the drive thru affirms the order. So I thought it was a little odd that the amount was higher. So I didn't think much of it till later in the day and that's when I called. The same girl answers the phone and starts arguing about what I ordered and thats what I told her, there is a big difference in the way large and small come out of person's mouth and don't understand how she got that wrong. On top of this she did not give me a receipt and there is an upcharge everytime you use a card. This is ridiculous and I will never return here. The "manager" needs to learn how to listen to what the guest is saying.

I got myself the raspberry jelly filled donut and a bottle of chocolate milk - Just the basic stuff nothing fancy. Service was super fast considering I was the only other customer at their closing time. The donut was really fresh and just the right amount of sweet and sugar. One was filling enough and also satisfied my craving. Added to that the chocolate milk, it kind of balanced the grease in the right way. Ambiance- its a very open place. Like glass all around so anyone around the entire triangle of the street can easily spot it . Comfy mom and pop kinda store.

She treated us with disrespect as soon as we walked in and me and my partner are new customers. I will never step foot in this establishment ever again. She slammed the microwave door to show her frustration and foul mouthed me and my partner as we said we weren't coming back due to the bad service given. She was an older Hispanic woman and I don't believe people should be treated that way especially when we were very respectful and had never even been here before. Just because you are having a bad day does not mean it is okay to take your frustration out on customers who you have never even met before.

Typical diner style with a few tables and chairs and coolers for grab and go drinks. I'd probably already missed the morning rush. A lady came in behind me and ordered the chocolate glazed donut holes so I'll definitely try those next time.
