I was hobnobbing with the rich and famous on Jarvious Road, and saw this delightful little baby shop called Peppin Boutique, it is a must visit for all parents. I browsed around a bit and saw the coolest little outfits, unfortunately they all came at a king's ransom. But there is a reason for this inflated price; items are designed by owner Kathleen Waite, and kitting your young one out with these outfits will give them the individuality they deserve. I recommend that everyone should buy one outfit here, even if it is only worn to family photo shoots. At least that way it will last forever.

Previously I used to find the clothing unfashionable: embellished with dinosaurs, cartoon characters, teddy bears or chipmunks on the front of many t-shirts or hoodies - however now things have changed for the better. Recently I purchased the aforementioned clothing without hesitation: stylish, muted coloured garments and extremely reasonably priced. They have regular sales, reduced clothing from $10 which is brilliant. The sales staff are fantastic, attentive, friendly without being pushy. I really enjoyed my shopping experience at 'Pumpkin Patch' and look forward to returning for more staple pieces soon. Also a NZ brand - just saying.

There is an excellent selection of dresses from more casual to party dresses, and of course what the store is famous for the dress ups. Every dress is of a quality you will surely be satisfied with, and the best part is with a smaller number of dresses being sold in each style your daughter will likely be the only one of her friends with that dress. As an extra help if your daughter is attending a dance or formal they keep a record of which dresses have been purchased for each event so your daughter won't have to share her style with anyone else. The new Fairy Shop still hosts birthday parties, so ring and book in advance and be prepared to rock your little girls' world. When I asked about it, the rude cashier said, "You may purchase another one. I don't really see why we would give you another one." In response I said, "well because it fell of the stick." In the end she did give us another one but was not happy about it. If had she offered, I would be writing about what a wonderful experience i had had. Today I discovered they even stock that super cool label Wild Fox here. Lush. One day when I have heaps of money I'm gonna buy heaps of that and wear it to Coachella. I found the staff friendly and they put a clothing item I was wanting to try on in the changing room for me while I continued to browse. Grey sweater: check. Doc Martens: check. Nice colours of Vans: check. They stock labels like Federation and Wildfox that I haven't seen in many other stores around the city, so you know you're almost guaranteed to be the only person wearing anything you buy in here. It's by no means a cheap store but all of the clothes are really well made and they're really different to items you'd find in chain stores. The store itself has a whole warehouse vibe to it and is really spacious with exposed brick walls and concrete floors. I love the fact that it's got a kids section, they've got some really cool printed tees and dresses that I kind of want for myself! Really must try to keep myself out of this place.
