I waited a week and finally received a call to pick it up. I was charged $85.00. Took it home, wouldn't download Windows updates. Took it back. Another week went by and I picked it up. Got it home and it wouldn't connect to the internet. I fixed it myself by getting a new network card. Not impressed at all...
