Seriously if you're looking for good clean supplements or those natural items that are hard to find you'll probably be able to find them here-or they will order for you. Prices are reasonable, especially when you consider there's no other place around Mineral Wells where you'll likely find items like Manuka, honey, George' Aloe Juice, non-dairy mayo, vegan/gluten free items and the like. The main drag here seems to be the hard to find Location I don't mind driving out of town since I'm a traveler anyway, but it's really hard to find using GPS software-- it used to be on Yelp, but I don't see listed at the current location. Not sure what's going on there, but I hope this business not only survives but thrives, because I will definitely visit them each time I'm in town.

When I returned to the store today, I explained what happened and even showed the employees pictures of the chunks that came out of the shake. Their response was simply, "You should have brought it back. There's nothing we can do." I asked again if there was truly nothing they could do, considering I had photographic evidence of the issue, and they repeated that I should have brought the product back. What bothered me most wasn't even the fact that they couldn't provide a refund or replacement, it was how dismissive they were about the entire situation. After I commented on the poor customer service, they proceeded to ignore me for the remainder of the time I was in the store. The interaction became so uncomfortable that I ultimately just left. I understand that stores have return policies, but there is a way to communicate those policies while still treating a customer with basic courtesy and concern, especially when they're reporting a potentially spoiled product. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Completely disappointing.
