I asked them to get more sashimi and they asked me to wait multiple times. Waited around twenty minutes and we ended up just leaving. The sushi: poor poor selection, the salmon was actually pretty good, but the tuna was dry. And you get so little fish in each roll. If this were a rice buffet we would have gotten our money's worth in ten minutes. The Chinese food: they had stacks on stacks of fried foods (shrimp, chicken, and curly fries???) The rest of the dishes were average, and forget it if you're vegetarian. Overall, we had a lot to eat, but walked away wondering if our 150 kroner (dinner buffet, lunch is 90 ish) could have been better spent. At least the water was refreshing!

It is located on the great street of Vestergade, which is a very popular café street. Looking at their menu, they do a running sushi with an option to order alá carte to get small warm dishes. I went for a full running sushi, without ordering anything and wanted some dark beer to compliment the sushi. But to my surprise, they didn't have the Asahi Black, which is a mainstream dark beer, that every sushi place should have. I went with another beer - a light pilsner, which I never got the name of. It wasn't good though and didn't compliment sushi in any way. The sushi itself consisted of a lot of classic pieces, but also mixed in with a lot of experimental stuff. The standard sushi was pretty average, but with some dry-ish rice. The experimental sushi was awful. Really bad combinations and just not very tasty. All in all, I did leave with a full stomach, but that was only because I didn't have time to find a nother place, before I had to get on the ferry. Had I had more time, I would probaly have found a different place. I wouldn't recommend going to this place.

The quality, flavours and combinations is in top, the service and drinks. For the love of god try their drinks, especially the one called 'Goma'. I can recommed the tuntataki with mushrooms and two colored chilisauce, edamame beans with soauce, and the gunkan egg with truffle. I have been a fan for now 4 years ago when I was there to dine 29 courses and it was one of the most memorable food-experiences I have ever had. The waiters always helps, observant and can come with a good story and detailed explanation of the foods heritage. The acustic is not optimal though, therefore I prefer to sit upstairs in the bar.
