They had mentioned this wasn't necessary unless it was a certain temperature, however he said (multiple times in paper and in person) that he wanted the hand stamping done anyway. They did not complete this. He has requested it to be fixed and they still refuse. The only reason they won the bid was for the pricing of the hand-stamping, and they WILL NOT do it. I do not recommend this company, keep in mind "cheaper is not always better" before having them work on your roof. They blatantly ignore paying customer requests for no good reason.

Now after I have been patiently waiting 9 months for them to come back and fix it, Short services owners Dave and Becky are claiming they will charge me with harrasment and defamation because I didnt sign a contract. They are gaslighting me that Short services didnt do any work at my house. Way to make a bad situation worse. This company should not be in business.
