I have had numerous renovation projects in which I've used Hansen and Bringle for cabinets and they never disappoint. The quality of the cabinetry, along with the superb service from the designers and the owner is worth every last penny. Customer service is something that lacks these days, but not at Hansen and Bringle. The design team went above and beyond to make sure my kitchen projects were exactly what I had hoped for. From the beginning design stages to the final installation, my kitchen remodel was smooth and hassle free. Being a custom shop, they were able to use every bit of space in my kitchen without using any unnecessary fillers. The craftsmanship and quality is unlike any I've seen. Do not walk but run from this company. What they consider customized, you are better off getting at Home Depot for half the price. The woman that works there, Mary, does the drawings by hand and never explains anything or the options that you can have in the kitchen. The drawings are very hard to read and they have no written warranty. Even Home Depot can make 3 dimensional computerized drawings now days and offer a warranty. When I asked for one, they said that they have been in business for 40 years and no one ever asked for one. The first set of cabinets that were installed had slits in the corners and big gaps. They even tried to cover up one with white out and told me that it was due to humidity. The shelves were all scratched. They told me that the sales lady told me before we ordered the cabinets that this would happen. Why would we order cabinets in Florida that could not sustain humidity? Because we were never did or at least warned that they would arrive this way. They actually arrived with the gaps and they told us this was due to our air condition not being on. I had another cabinet guy inspect them and he was shocked that they would even want to associate their name to the cabinets. The guy that installed them left a huge mess the first time Then the owner strung me along telling me that because of all my issues that they were not going to charge me a middle man fee to install the granite. He then said to me (3 weeks later) that he would not work with me because he did not think he would make me happy but tells me this at the last minute as I had already had someone lined up that I had cancelled. Who would be happy with cabinets that have gaps in them after paying $20k for cabinets for a small kitchen and 2 small bathrooms and scratched shelves? He changed them out and said he did me a big favor by changing them out. I tried to explain to him that this was how they should have been done the first time so he was not really doing me a favor but he sure thought he was for doing what should have done the first time around. Not to mention that all of my other contractors had to change their schedule to work around fixing the the cabinets. Not one apology as he thought he was doing me a favor but correcting their screw up. If his granite work is anything like the cabinet work, I think we just dodged a bullet! read more

Might I suggest people check Google reviews for this company. Seems strange to me that all reviews on Google are five star and someone on here is so unsatisfied. From my experience that would indicate a person who is unstable or out to destroy a company's good name. There is even a five star review on here. Don't fall for the untruths. read more
