Overall disappointed with my experience this past weekend especially because I have known the owner…read moresince high school and my family uses his service from time to time so I expected a little more than what I received. I called when they opened Saturday morning and ask if they could FRP unlock a moto G pure phone for me and how much it would lost and I was told they didn't have an exact price over the phone but it could be up to a $125 and and I needed to go in in order to get a more accurate price for my Phone. I explain that I was quoted $70 from another business and if they would be able to Match that or beat it and I was told again just to go in they would do their best. When I went in the person behind the counter told me the quote for my specific device was gonna be $125 no less. So then after explaining what happened on the phone call a few minutes earlier and some back-and-forth between us I asked him to call JoelSo he called somebuddy and and finally came back to me and said my quote was $70 but the service site that does the unlock is currently down for the entire day so I would have to come back another time which was Another disappointment. I asked him if I could just buy a cell phone or a laptop from them and he told me they didn't have anything available for me to purchase. Wow wow. I left feeling defeated and not satisfied at all and very much let down so I unfortunately have to gthe rating that I am. I then went out and checked the purchase a phone that would work for me somewhere else and it didn't so now I am almost broke and have no working phone I just wish I could have gotten my moto unlocked.

This company is unethical and does not care about customers - only big jobs where they can LIE and…read morerake in a lot of money. My warranty company contracted Coronado to repair a hinge on a small washer. Apparently the technicians that came out did not feel like the job was worth the payment they would receive, as one of the technicians kept saying "it (the washer) is so small." Coronado then submitted a report to my warranty provider and LIED when stating that the hinge was broken due to abuse. I sent my own photos which showed a PRISTINE washer, with only a broken hinge due to normal wear and tear. Thankfully, my warranty company found ME credible and has issued a new claim to send out a REPUTABLE repair service. Besides MY review here, there are other negative reviews regarding Coronado TV. And as the saying goes "where there is smoke there is fire." EVERYONE is not lying on Coronado TV. If your warranty company contracts Coronado TV to service ANYTHING you own, I advise you to IMMEDIATELY refuse their service. To add insult to injury, the receptionist is COMPLETELY out of touch with reality, rude, apparently uneducated, and could give a rat's behind about how to speak with and deal with customers. Individuals who are obnoxious and rude as this receptionist is, should NOT be dealing with ANY human being on ANY level. Coronado's service is absolutely appalling and disgusting, and one cannot understand how they are still in business.

I…read morecalled Tuesday to confirm the service call email confirmation I received from the GE warranty department and this lady said they do not service GE Warranty. So I called the warranty department and let them know FRONT desk at Coronado TV Appliance mentioned they don't service these warranty calls according to her. Fast forward to Thursday still trying to schedule a service call, they accepted and confirm the service call for Monday. As I called on Monday to confirm an ETA to ensure we are home to meet with them, she said they only accepted a few of the warranty requests from GE warranty company. Specifically, she said from 10 work orders they received, they canceled 7. I never got a cancelation notice via email nor a call of them canceling my work order. She confirmed my confirmation # from my email and she said they only had 1 technician, to speak to the technician to tell him what is wrong with my appliance and see if He will be able to service it. The technician first of all doesn't speak Spanish. Which is perfectly fine since I am fluent in Spanish. I explained to him the issues that I have been having with the appliance. He kept asking me questions as if he did not know what I was talking about. I explained it more than 3 times. And then he proceeded to say that I needed to call the warranty department so I can schedule with them, I told him I had done that already. I told him that the front desk lady confirmed my confirmation # and she accepted the service call on Thursday upon speaking with GE warranty. So I ask him, why would I have to be redirected to call the warranty department again? When I asked to speak to the owner, he said he was not there. Then he up on me. I called again, the front desk lady answered and then she continued to say that they are not going to accept my work order. I have been trying for almost 2 weeks now. Then she hung up on me. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! Unfortunately since this is a company that the Warranty department scheduled with, I had no choice to choose from. BUT IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE TO CHOOSE WHO SERVICES YOUR APPLIANCES, PLEASE RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I WOULDNT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY OF YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS TO. They think they can pick and choose who to help, but thanks to people that hire them, they get to take a paycheck home. DO NOT give this company any business. I told the front lady I wanted to speak to the owner and leave a formal complaint and she hung up on me. While speaking with the Warranty department, I received an email stating that they claimed I was being "abusive and threatening and they would not take any of my service calls" again with the LIES! our phone conversations were recorded and not once was I rude to these Unprofessional people! She was caught in a lie from what she said on Tuesday and then today Monday said something different. Threatening? Perhaps she felt threatened when I asked to speak to the owner of the company.
