We sat outside and it was very pleasant. Our waitress was of Chinese and Vietnamese decent. She was very nice and helpful. My wife and I ordered the Hans In Glück. She with brioche and me with sourdough buns. They were both very good and soft. We shared a large mixed fries of sweet potatoes and regular fries with avocado dressing. Both were very good. Went here with my wife and three young children from the USA CRAVING a burger with fries. The service was great and the burgers spot on. My wife had a Vegetarian something that she loved and I had a burger with some heat. The kids, most importantly, devoured their burgers and asked for more. They each had the "adult" burgers. read more

Great Selection of burgers and salads. The menu is creative and different. The atmosphere is really nice with the view of the church. It's also a really nice place to sit outside. I like their selection of anti alcoholic drinks (Durstlöscher). The fries are a must order. read more

I wanted to have night out with a friend . We talked so much that we just happen to stop infront and decided to go inside. We were met with a friendly staff member who asked if we would mind to sit with two other people as there was no available table. We obliged too and found the table was big enough for us to eat and not intrude their personal space. The atmosphere was great, a bit loud at times as we could not hear each other at times. The food was delicious, a bit pricey but really good. You can get a burger for 8€(depending on your choice), side dishes are 5€ (depending on what you want). The tap in the basin wasn't working too well and that was the only negative thing about this place. read more

Found this on the way to the stadt bibliotek, which is an architectural masterpiece.. Friendly place where the locals go for their burger and fries fix. Decent burger but the cheap good German beer takes it to the next level. Even the non alcoholic spritz are nothing like what I've had in the states. If you are ever in Stuttgart, I highly recommend the city library. More special for me since, I found out that the architect is a Korean German. read more

This burger place totally blew us away (coming from Americans)! No where in the US have I found such spectacular buns. I never order a veggie burger but the spicy veggie burger surprised me!! It easily competed with the avocado burger for being most delicious. Good fries and interesting sauces too! AWESOME atmosphere as well with the trees. Really nice staff as well! read more

I put three stars, but this was not really about the burgers. This place has been through quite the hype. The interior I LOVE. Very cool interior with trees springing out of the floor and ceiling, the staff are really nice and friendly, although it is a bit hard to distinguish them because they look like any other customer. Very casual, although you can also make it into a nice romantic date. The music however is a bit loud and so you have to speak a bit louder. Now the burgers. Or the food in general. They have an extensive menu, with even vegetarian burgers. The burgers are very mediocre, I have to say it was a bit disappointing. They come in different toppings and all, but the problem is that the base burgers are not that great. I took the Caesar burger and my friend took the one with gorgonzola and sun-dried tomatos. The basic burger was the same, they just added different toppings. Now this can work if the base burger is fantastic. But it wasn't. The patty was a bit dry, really nothing special, not very juicy, bread was a bit too big and I was left with a lot of it in the end. I so wanted them to have great food because the place itself is so cool, but the food just didn't live up to my expectations. So fan of the place, but not the food. read more
