For example snow was getting into the fire place, secodary to the wrong cap on the outside however, when the fire place insert was remove the cavity had not been dry wall and there was just insulation and wire s hanging. The bathroom vent was never vented to the outside and the vent was just tucked under insulation. When the vent was on for at least 10mi it set off the carbon monoxide sensors off. Every time we have work done of any kind the question is the same was the builder who provided no supervision to his subs and they got away with half doing things.

I'm glad that I took him up on his offer. For $139, he put a fresh layer of sealcoat on my driveway after I had a poor experience with a past company. I could smell the sealcoat scent for iver a week, so to me that seems like he used the 'good stuff.' The driveway looks so much nicer and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. He showed up in the morning and was done after about a half hour, and was careful to avoid getting any sealcoat on my grass by the driveway. I'm definitely going to have him be my 'go-to' next time I need any driveway work done, I was pleasantly surprised of the outcome. Highly recommend.
