Great response. I did cancel via text. It delivered. Not my fault you didn't acknowledge it. But that's not the issue to me. Coming and messing with the equipment and denying it when I called until I advised them it's on camera. Str8 out lies. Ask him about the electrical box. I have everything on camera showing him where he doesn't belong in my back yard messing with equipment he shouldn't have touched. He should have left when no one answered the FRONT door. Was told absolutely. It's 1:05pm and still no tech. Called and now being told it's been rescheduled for two days out. No phone, no text. Just 5 hours of wasted time. I'd get any other company besides this one. You'll be wasting your time with Lee Company.

Last February Lee Co did replace a heat pump, but has never returned to check the installation... Recently contacted the company for plumbing needs in a new home: toilet replacement, HVAC replacement, hot water heater replacement, etc... Lee Co was too busy to return my 5 voice messages and 4 emails and 3 text messages. So, I cancelled the home maintenance program since it increased in price. Found a better plumber, an honest one that doesn't up-sell. Folks, look further, this too big company is not the right choice for any need you may have...

He had to go to Lowe's in Springfield to get new parts, and I was probably charged for those. He next tried to fix leak in bathtub in master bath, and somehow broke the drain. When he tried to fix leak in sink in half bath, we ended up having to get an entire brand new faucet system. When he came back a 2nd time to repair the things he broke, I asked him if he is a licensed plumber, and he said he is not. When I called JR to report the problems, he was VERY rude to me, so I would NEVER call this company again.

The entire experience was great, top to bottom. My call was answered promptly, Mark (the owner of the company) patiently heard me explain my dilemma, and without judgment told me someone would be sent out to help within an hour. Not even 40 minutes later, Mark was at my door to asses the problem with my sink and garbage disposal. He wore shoe covers in my home, and kept all work areas clean and tidy. In minutes he had the problem fully diagnosed and had it all sorted out shortly after. He also gave me some recommendations for continuing garbage disposal maintenance. In the past, I've had repairmen be rude or ridicule for mistakes I've made with appliances, and this was the exact opposite experience. Thanks, Prodigy!

Ben spoke so highly of the owner and everyone he works with and the 'Jesus Fish' isn't a gimmick...this spiritual based company really pays it forward and stands by their work for the good of the community. I knew from the very minute the office manager answered my call, I was in the right place. Even over the phone, I could tell she was a wonderfully, kind person who loves her job and helping others. This lovely lady explained everything to me and set up my 'non emergency' appointment within 36hours. When she called with my appointment reminder, I knew exactly who it was and I can still hear her laugh. I don't recommend breaking a pipe or causing a leak to find out how GREAT this company is, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this plumbing company to everyone needing an expert plumbing saint. I most definitely recommend for those of us who are plumbing illiterate--you will in very good hands and you will be pleasantly surprised. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
