My wife and I were visiting my parents and went there to get pedicures. Very clean and modern looking spot. We both had our callous removed with that gel which I'm not a fan of. I loved the old way when they pretty much shave it off. I have bad callouses from sports lol but the gel did get the job done. That's really all I care about. Callous free!!! I just wanted to point out that the other two reviews looks so suspect lol Both loved the other nail place in Mansfield sooooo much but doesn't bother to review Nails for u but decides to bash this place? And both have never reviewed any other places EVER.... hmmmm lol read more

I have been getting acrylics here for a few months and am always satisfied! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They are usually full, so you should definitely call ahead for an appointment, but they can usually get you an appointment that same day. I always get complimented on my nails and I can go up to almost 5 weeks before getting a fill and they stay pretty nice and rarely break even though I use my hands a lot at work. Some of the lighter gel colors I've found chip easier than darker ones, but if they do chip within the first few days they have always been willing to repaint the chipped nail(s) at no charge which I find nice! read more

Like I understand and expected that you would be busy and was more than prepared to wait for my turn but apparently they don't do that here. If they don't have time for you then you can leave. I live in the area and frequent the Nails U Love in Mansfield. When this establishment opened, I was so excited to try it out. I got a gift certificate for Christmas and decided to go there and get a set of acrylics. This would be my third time having acrylics (the first being 3 years ago and the second being a year ago). During the process of filing the shape I wanted, I requested an oval shaped nail but they were filed as square. I requested him to file the sides more but he would file it a small amount and check to see if I liked it. I would then ask him again to file the sides more and this process repeated about 5 times until they were basically still square but I gave up. After I got my new set, my nails were extremely sore for the next 48 hours from how hard they filed them. I have never had this experience before with getting acrylics but I heard that others had so I let it slide. I went back in 2 weeks later for a fill and was happy leaving. Only 6 hours later I noticed that 2 of my nails had already chipped slightly. I decided that I would put a gel top coat on them at home and save myself a trip back to the place. The next day, more of my nails had chipped. One was so bad that I had to take the polish off in order to go to work where I am unable to have chipped nail polish. That night I called in and explained my experience asking if they could fix them. They allowed me to come in to have them fixed but when I did they just did a whole fill and charged me for it. (They did take off the price of the gel polish but still charged for the fill.) Also while getting them done, the man filed my nails so hard they burned. After another day had passed, I noticed they had chipped AGAIN. Irritated with their work, I decided to take them off myself. I have done this before and know the process to correctly take them off. After taking them off, I noticed the portion of my nail where he had filed was SIGNIFICANTLY thinner than my natural nail. I will never go back here and am still nurturing my nails weeks later to try to return them to how they were before. read more
