Despite being fully aware that I am a two-time terminal cancer survivor making major housing decisions to simplify things and protect my family, management weaponized health struggles as a defense against us--a tactic that was deeply manipulative, insensitive, and unethical. * Lack of Managing Broker Oversight: Despite the complexity and high volume of these coordinated transactions, there was no direct oversight or communication from the Broker of Record during critical breakdowns. When we formally raised concerns regarding contradictory agent statements, management dismissed the need for broker involvement rather than addressing the operational issues. The Broker failed to personally speak to us, even when requested to do so. * Unprofessional Dispute Handling: When we formally communicated our dissatisfaction regarding service performance, management's written response relied on emotional deflections and personal attacks rather than addressing fiduciary duties, communication breakdowns, or transaction execution.
