Unlike other vets we tried, they didn't try to make us run every test and seems to walk the right line between doing what is right for the dogs health without inflating the bill. The front office is super competent and helpful. They answer the phone and where available to see our pet immediately. They seem to be much more competent than the other vet offices we have been to. I have a nervous, not trusting dog that used to need a muzzle when visiting the Doctor - at The Landing, they go out of their way to make your pet is comfortable and relaxed. Coming for Vancouver I was used to 10 minute visits with the Veterinarian... that is so not to case here, they are thorough, informative and gentle. My last visit was 30-40 minutes and my dog did not need her muzzle, she trusted them and was comfortable. I am so happy with the service they provide for my beloved pets. Everytime we went it cost us more and more money the price always changed . I just recently went to get my dogs meds and the price changed yet again and ever time I question it they get defensive. I was last there was n Feb got her thyroid check and her pills it was 115.00 went this last time they charged me the same price 115.00 this time no thyroid check so when I questioned it they said the price changed in Jan so I advised them that's what they charged me the last time and I paid for her thyroid check as well .
