While they try to work with insurances, they draw a hard line at using amalgams and only use composite resins. It's been almost a month since I had scans done and I've yet to talk to the doctor to go over what was found. After following up multiple times, I finally received a call back from the team (over 2 weeks after my scans were taken btw), they asked a few questions, and promised the doctor would call when she was in the office in the next few days. That was over a week and a half ago and yet still nothing. I understand being busy, but multiple weeks of no follow through is a pattern of poor communication.
