No one showed up…read more This was a very important appointment because the next day, the exterminator was scheduled to come at 1pm and spray the entire yard as well as the house. We were required to have the yard mowed before they came. Since the Brigade company boys never showed, I had to cancel the exterminator, and we continue to be infested with fleas in the yard and in the house while we wait for the exterminator to come another week from now, the earliest time they have open. Thanks a lot Branch Out Brigade! We will never call them again. Such irresponsibility.

Dublin HVAC & Electrical installed a 4-ton central HVAC system in a 100+ year old 2-story home in…read moreEastland County that other local HVAC companies weren't comfortable doing and they did a great job! Even better, they got the job done closer to our budget than quotes we received from other companies and we weren't required to hire a separate electrician to wire the HVAC system since these guys are also licensed electricians and included all the electrical as part of the job. They had the entire job completed in less than a week, and it was a big job as the home had never had a central system and all duct work in the attic and in the crawl space had to be installed. Finally, it has been evident Dublin HVAC takes pride in their workmanship and ensuring any issues after install are addressed promptly and completely and that's so valuable as a customer. Everyone we've dealt with including Tammy, Tyler, Joey, Shane and Steven have been great and we appreciate what they've done for us, so thank you all! If Dublin HVAC & Electrical will service your area, call them and you'll likely be glad you did.

I found a remodeler.  I felt confident in his work as he stated was insured and bonded. (see picture on his fb).   He finished the job Dec 18th, that day and Dec 19th the breakers kept popping.  He came back to fix them, even retiled part of the back splash.  Dec 20th I cut him his final check.  Dec 22nd I went to the store to return following a fire truck into my neighborhood.  As it got closer I realized they were responding to my house.  MY HOUSE! MY WORLD WAS ON FIRE!  It has now been determined it was caused by the an outlet behind the now twice retiled backsplash.  My world has been rolled away in ashes in so far 2, 30 yard roll offs with more to come.   Hinsight is 2020, I share this as a word of caution not to bad mouth. Always always always ask to see the insurance.  Ask to see proof. This contractor did not pull permits.  He has been cited for is lack of due diligence.  It is now in the Laws hands.  I just dont want anyone to experience what I have.
