I've been so sick / trying to keep up for vacation and really could of used the energy boost. THREE needles later they still couldn't get it. One in each arm and one on top of my hand which was pushed it too far, hurt like hell and then bled enough to fill a couple cotton balls. Said I was " too dehydrated" which is why they couldn't get the IV in which I call BS because that's what they advertise rehydration. I honestly felt like crap but I wasn't THAT dehydrated. Needless to say I left feeling WORSE then I originally had, including three bruises between my arms and my hand. With that being said, I did nottttttt have pleasant experience what so ever but go ahead a try it In response to Luz's comment below. I was there. I took pictures of the menu from my hotel book same address and you two ladies were the ones there. You made a Meyers cocktail for me and you didn't have my name because I ended up leaving after the third needle so I didn't pay or end up getting the treatment. It's one thing to apologize for the bad experience but to sit there and lie and then call someone else a liar? I'm confused.

Noone greeted us upon entering and we weren't really sure on how to check in for our appointment. 2. The Dr. did not seem to know what she was doing. When booking the appointment, online it said the service would be a hour. Our service lasted only about 15-30 minutes at the most. So we basically paid 93 dollars to have a tube up our butts that did nothing for us. 3. My colonic experience was awful to say the least. Nothing came out during my session. Multiple times I told the dr that water was leaking under my bottom. She proceeded to change the diaper and kept filling me up with water and then the water proceeded to spill from under me a 2nd time. I did not know what was happening and nor did she. I was surprised to see the lack of knowledge she has toward such a service. I went into the bathroom afterwards and could not control the amount if fluids that were coming out of me. It was very uncomfortable. The Dr did not even ask if I was okay. 4. At the end when me and my friend went to pay, the owner, my friend and I paid a deposit towards our appointment online (which it says will count to your service upon your appointment). She still proceeded to charge us a full 75 dollars. I was such in a rush to get home to clean the mess in the restroom that I couldn't ask about the deposit. In total we spent 93 dollars for a 20 minute service that we didn't get anything out of. 5. There was no briefing for the service. I was hoping she would tell us how to prepare before and after such an intense service but there was none.

April the little Key West fairy. She was so professional, comforting and sweet. From the moment she stepped into our hotel room we could tell we were in good hands. Pick up some kind of stomach bug while on vacation and was unable to keep any fluids down. An angel in black, nurse Dana, came to our hotel room and gave me fluids and anti-nausea meds. Still not 100% but at least I am able to stay hydrated now. What a wonderful idea! Totally worth the $$$ read more
