They are very organized in this sense. Just don't make one of them mad. That's all I'm going to say. Otherwise, here are some simple but important suggestions I quickly learned: Three rules!!! STAY AWAY FROM THE DOCK! STAY AWAY FROM THE DOCK! STAY AWAY FROM THE DOCK! (I bet they make more money for paint chips on the Waverunners than for the rental itself! lol Trust me, they have my "paint chip" money!) Don't get rocks in the propeller or it won't go over 20 mph!! (Not fun!!!) Don't forget to put the drain plugs in BEFORE you drop it in the water!!! (I have never jumped in a lake so fast!!) I moved to Miltona in 2020. Never had a tune up. This year, I went out for a ride and blew a tire going too fast over train tracks. I took it to Jake's Bikes to get a new tube. He gave it a good inspection and let me know I'd need new tires. My computer never worked for me so I asked him if he could fix it. He said he'd try but said he might need to put a new one on and I agreed. I decided to have him do a full tune up and just dial it in. My tape on the handle bars was coming off so I asked him to put a new wrap on it. It took a few weeks (exactly what he quoted) and I picked it up Friday. The price was what I expected based on what he told me. He itemized all the labor and parts, which I really appreciated. He really went above and beyond. I just went for my first ride this morning. The bike is awesome. I felt like I was flying. Thank you Jake and the crew! Highly recommend.

Jake came out and in seconds it was fixed.The next day when my husband was goint to go ride,It would not even start. 1 WEEK later we recieved a bill for the ''CHAIN being put on track" IT WAS ALMOST $200.00!!!!! I was insulted,as he NEVER said that would be the cost.I was stunned when I emailed him and asked why so much He got defencive and stated he told us that is what he charges...I know that we are very cautious when we spend in a luxury.As my jusband is very economicly conservative,he would not do that without a discussion. I was very respectful and he became indignant,and said, that he was charging the fee anyways.It was so much to do a seconds work.He said the bikes are $$$$$$$ so is everything else so much because I sell $$$$$bikes.He did not care that after he left it did not even start! Very personable fellow, who went above and beyond. I had a situation with one kid that necessitated an "emergency" trip to a convince store and he helped out with no complaints or signs of annoyance, when it clearly must have been annoying. The trek down the Pine River was beautiful and so relaxing. My kids (9 & 13) had a great time. Our whole group did. I don't know much about what else they offer but the caring service rendered, along with the great time meandering down the river, was one I'll remember for a long time.

As a business owner myself i do not like giving bad reviews…read more However, Larry seemed vey kind and was willing to deliver a boat out to the lake our airBnB was on that was 30 minutes or so from Cass Lake. He instructed us that whoever would be driving the boat would need a MN permit so both my husband and Son got one. He charged a down payment which was fine. The day he met me and my son to deliver the boat he could not get the boat in the water stating the water was too low. He and my son tried a couple of times. I showed him the map he had give me where there was a another boat launch for this lake around the lake a bit, he agreed to go and try so we got into our car to follow him but he stopped to talk to a nice gentleman a few houses down from the first launch. This gentlemen told us that the other launch was worse. So at that point Larry stated in front of me, my son, and this nice gentleman and his wife, "well i will refund all your money because this is not your fault or mine." Confident he was not able to deliver the boat. He did offer us to launch the boat at Cass lake which was 30 to 40 minutes away from our airBnB, and for us to use it we would of had to drive there with 2 small kids and a 6 month old daily, So my husband did not want to do that so we just asked him to refund as he had promised. Larry still has not refunded even after several times asking him and today a call from my husband asking him to refund as he promised. He told my husband there was a delivery fee that he would not be refunding. It is really sad because I was excited about finding a airBnB on Cass lake and doing business with him for years to come. You did not deliver the boat Larry!! You also made a promise to refund ALL money in front of 4 people! Your a dishonest business man and no one who has any morals should do business with you! Watch out people for silver tongue!! only lies!!! Needless to say my credit card company has been notified but there is this place called the better business Bureau you will have to answer to as well. Christy
