She gave just what I could manage each week, I'd do the work (you gotta do the work!), and see improvement. This iterative and incremental approach was exactly what I needed both mentally and physically, so I could see results quickly and celebrate the little wins. She was very supportive and treated me with kindness and grace. I'm thrilled with the results! Parking is no problem (even if the lot is full there's plenty of street parking), felt safe, clean building. Receptionist Shelly is awesome and will patiently work with you on scheduling.

As I researched a list of PT Providers, LoHi stood-out for several reasons: Peter's vision of comprehensive, patient-centric healing is manifest when you first visit their convenient Sloans Lake location. https://lohipt.com/about/ Physical Therapy is a pure medical science and art. HOW it is implemented is the main difference here. ALL the Staff are competent, caring and strive (succeed!) in working toward healing, pain management/reduction and are super flexible with the Scheduling, admin/Insurance side of the care that is often missing from the patient perspective. As a retired health pro, I don't give recommends unless standards are exemplary. Thus you can be assured; the continuum of care you'll receive here is par excellant. Do yourself right: go with LoHi.

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a medical clinic. It has been 4 months and I…read morestill do not have a pair of orthotics in hand and I have spent $1200. The process for fitting orthotics is rushed and the doctors do not listen to your needs. I explicitly explained that I am a competitive runner requiring full-length, flexible orthotics. I paid $900 for these upon my first visit. I also paid a rush fee. Dr. Marc Eustaquio rushed through the appointment which lasted about 10 minutes and also tried to upsell me on peptides. Peptides are banned by WADA and USATF. No competitive runner is allowed to take these when competing in USATF-sanctioned events. No legitimate doctor would be trying to prescribe these. The orthotics did not arrive on time. They were also 1/2 orthotics, not full orthotics, despite paying for full. I asked them to be remade. They were remade, but the orthotics were stiff and made of plastic. I asked for soft, flexible orthotics. I have now been waiting 6 weeks since my last appointment and the office apparently forgot to put the new order through and told me it was "on hold". How is something on hold for 6 weeks? I feel like I've been lied to, and I genuinely don't know how they can charge you up front for everything without giving you your actual orthotics.

After that the ankle never worked quite right. Then in 2010 my ankle stopped moving all together. Went through 2 surgeries. I stayed in casts non stop since 2010. Then 2014 my toes quit moving. I walked like I had a peg leg. I was in such severe pain. THEN I met Dr. Still, I was desperate I asked him to amputate my leg numerous times, I couldn't go on ANYMORE. Dr. Still was so compassionate, so patient. All his staff is amazing. He said he could fix my ankle. He preformed A Total Ankle Replacement.  He GAVE ME A NEW LEASE ON LIFE !!!  At 5 weeks I can walk. I am PAIN FREE for once in my life !!! Every morning I move that ankle around and tears fall because if it wasn't for Dr. Still I would of found someone to amputate AND not been Blessed with THIS Amazing ankle. See you on the slopes Dr. Still. You saved me.

I did a lot of prior research for years and I found him to be one of the very top 'bunion docs'. He instructs his staff to wrap your toe/foot post surgery in a way that makes a huge difference in non-recurrence that other surgeons may not do. (think of a retainer after braces). I believe that is the key to successful bunion surgery. I have zero pain and nearly invisible scarring and my bunion is gone, completely. Dr. Hsin is treating my shoulders (rotator tears). He is super smart, professional, listens, and I feel like he has my best interest, in helping me to try everything to avoid surgery if possible. All of the PT staff is excellent, I've seen most of them over the last few years. Kim DeBoy, Director and PT is super dooper. She knows her stuff, takes the time to educate me and is passionate about really helping. I've never had any disappointing experiences with the front desk staff. Seem to get the job done quickly. Asking repeat questions is standard business in medicine, because the answers are critical and double checking prior answers only helps them to keep us healthy. I'm glad to see them verifying everything every time.
