The moment I walked into the store, NAOMI greeted me with a smile, and as crazy as it sounds, I immediately felt this sense of relief -- like maybe I was finally going to be okay. She listened to everything I explained, was incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. After using the foot scan machine and seeing the results, she picked out several pairs of shoes and arch supports for me to try. Then she went above and beyond by sitting down and helping put the shoes on for me. In that moment, feeling cared for and supported meant everything because I was truly struggling physically and emotionally. I decided to wait a full week before writing this review so I could honestly speak on the results -- and WOW. Absolute game changer. LIFE changer. For the longest time I've had hit and miss instances with shoes. I've ended up with ingrown nails that required surgery. I've ended up in even more pain than I probably should be in. Enter my friend reminding me that foot analysis places exist and to "treat myself." I made a free appointment online and Cheri had me stand on a scanner of sorts. First thing that caught me off guard was I'm not a size 7 in everything... I'm an 8 (oops). Second was learning I pronate which makes sense why my ankles need so much support (esp with my health issues). Everything from start to finish was a breeze. Cheri set me up with some Hoka Gaviotas as well as some cute boot/shoe hybrids that already have insoles inside. With my Hokas, Cheri explained I needed to break-in/get used to my new insoles with a 2,4,6 hr rule and now I'm in love with them. Please don't hesitate to treat yourself as well if you find yourself in my position.

So to be clear guy from the company said even though I called ahead with a paid approval from insurance and they ensured me it would be there it either was sold within the week, or I had to get fitted for it ... Neither were true but he continued to bicker. Secondly the only fitting would be telling shoe size on the phone and that was never asked. Failed all the way around. Terrible attitude about it too.
