I am absolutely furious. Operating a children's entertainment facility with not functioning air…read moreconditioning in the middle of a Texas summer is beyond unacceptable--it is reckless. I paid for a membership, yet I walked into what felt like an oven. I was so overheated that I honestly felt like I was going to collapse. Children were dripping with sweat, parents were miserable, and even the employees looked exhausted from trying to work in those conditions. There is no excuse for expecting families to spend hours in extreme heat while continuing to collect membership fees. If your air conditioning isn't working, close the facility until it is fixed. Don't gamble with people's health just to keep the doors open. This is one of the most irresponsible experiences I've had at a family entertainment venue, and I fully intend to report these conditions. Families deserve a safe environment--not one where they're worried about heat exhaustion. If this issue is not fixed immediately, I will be reporting it to the appropriate authorities. In my opinion, a facility operating under these conditions should not remain open until the air conditioning is fully repaired and the building is safe and comfortable for families, children, and employees. No business should continue operating while exposing paying customers to these conditions.

I GREW UP KNOWING YOU EARNED MEDALS, NOT BOUGHT THEM! I had to explain to my granddaughter that she did not receive a medal yesterday because we failed to pay early just once! Even though they had my bank card on file and I told them they had my permission to run my card early that is why I gave it to them. Is this a credit agency?? Or a family oriented gymnastics?? I guess if you look at it correctly the customers that did not pay early, actually contributed an extra $120 per year! So who really paid for that medal? I saw another little girl teary eyed as well while her mother consoled her. I truly believe this is wrong and unnecessary...

Our girls have participated in gymnastics, tumbling, dance, and cheer--and we absolutely love that all of those programs are offered under one roof. It has made life so much easier for our family while allowing our girls to explore and grow in so many different ways. The coaches are incredible. They genuinely care about each child, know when to encourage them, when to challenge them, and are always their biggest advocates. We've loved every coach we've had over the years, and it's been amazing to watch our girls grow in both skill and confidence because of their guidance. Westwood also puts on fantastic special events and summer camps that our girls always look forward to. The positive, supportive, family-like atmosphere is what keeps us coming back year after year. If you're looking for a place where your child will be encouraged, challenged, and truly cared for, we wholeheartedly recommend Westwood. It has been such a special part of our family's journey, and we're incredibly grateful to be part of the Westwood family.

Monster Mini Golf We…read morebought our tickets to play mini golf on Groupon, and we showed up around 3:30 on Saturday. The two teenagers working the desk told us there would be a 40‑minute wait. That would've been fine--except the 40 minutes turned into a full hour. We ended up stuck behind a large 6‑year‑old's birthday party, even though the course itself only had about four people actually playing. Instead of letting us play through or staggering groups, they just had us stand around waiting with no explanation. When we started to play golf, they handed us gaming cards for the arcade, which was very confusing why didn't they give it to us in the beginning so we had something to do, but we didn't come for the arcade, and we weren't doing anything--they just didn't manage the flow well at all. A few positives: the bathrooms were clean, and the place itself is visually fun. But be aware there's no real food available--just tiny bags of chips--and no alcohol. The only drinks for sale are canned sodas. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and not worth the hassle. If you're planning to go on a weekend, especially with a Groupon, I'd say it's not worth the discounts.
