From the moment you walk through the door, you are treated with genuine warmth, respect, and care. The entire team provides outstanding customer service--every staff member listens attentively, takes the time to understand your needs, and never makes you feel rushed. What sets this practice apart is their professionalism paired with sincere compassion. They don't just treat symptoms--they care for the whole person. You can tell they truly love what they do and are dedicated to helping every individual who comes through their doors. They consistently go the extra mile, whether it's following up, explaining things clearly, or offering support you didn't even know you needed. The hours are great and the fact that I can walk in or make an appointment makes it easy for my busy schedule. The wait times are short, and the service is amazing. She said my only option to get my son a required vaccine that his old pediatrician didn't have in stock (less than a month ago at his six months appointment) would be to pay cash even though I have great PPO insurance, or wait till his next Well Child visit in several months! I can't afford to pay out of pocket, and it's unethical to make a child wait several months for a required vaccine just because you don't know how to bill a vaccine visit. My purpose in calling was to establish care but apparently they don't do appointments for that? Other offices do, and they also do vaccine only appointments (which isn't even what I wanted). Tina was very rude on the phone and made me feel like my child would not be treated with kindness nor would his health be prioritized over money at her office. Very unfortunate, because I heard good things about Dr. Gage himself.

Not rude, but they do put their conversations first if there's not a line, and I get that - they're nurses first and foremost, not customer service specialists. I had my first son at Fresno community and it was traumatic and horrible overall. This hospital is AMAZING. The nurses are all so sweet and attentive! Never once did I have any kind of issue with any of my nurses or the staff I encountered. Best nurses I've EVER had! And if you want the best OB ever Dr. Minassi is the lady you want! She is truly amazing! The only complaint I have is that the food was AWFUL. My breakfast (waffles, eggs and turkey bacon) was ICE COLD when it got to me. The turkey bacon was inedible burnt and disgusting tasting. The waffles were hard and the eggs were cold and I mean who eats cold scrambled eggs...gross! My food the rest of my stay was the same way!
