We needed to leave well before pick up time and they went above and beyond to work with our schedule. Our pup even got a bath before pickup!! The kennels were temp controlled and the yards were clean and maintained. "Max" seemed to be a happy camper both while being dropped off and picked up. I had scheduled an appointment via FB Messenger on July 21st for an appointment on August 15th (I took time off work for this appointment). When I arrived for my appointment it had not been written down and my only option was to take another day off work and run back over from West Valley to North Selah. When I arrived the next day for my appointment and showed them the message string for my first appointment, it was acknowlegded that it was her message with me, but no appology nor offer to discount my first grooming experience with them for all the inconvenience. My second issue is that it was never communicated that they did not take cards - only cash or checks. I do not wish to discourage you from using their service, just be aware that you, the client, are going to have to take all the responsibility for communication and making sure your appointment is written down in their appointment book. I have chosen to find myself another groomer much closer to home.
