I was working under a budget due to this being an insurance claim, and Javier was able to make it all happen well within that budget. He did a meticulous job, even coming in on Saturdays to complete the project. He gave a fair estimate which he kept to, and did the whole repair without cutting corners. He did the whole project with quality which we are very happy about. When he needed to replace lath and plaster, he brought in his specialist Carlos, who did an excellent job with the plastering. The 1890's house did not faze him, even when thousands of carpenter ants showed up in the damaged portion. He was very creative in replacing the old wood and then building and expanding the deck. We now have new, sturdy balcony/deck off our bedroom on the second floor. We will use his company again in the near future to repair some other parts of our home. He communicated well with us and kept us abreast of all the issues at all times. His personality is warm, engaging and he is very reliable.
