Mailboxes etc supplies these boxes for a very reasonable price and she's happy as larry. I noticed when I went on one of her box trips that this store does a lot more. They sell every variety of stationary necessary for the small business or home office and all really quite cheap. I bought some supplies here for my pointless dusty desk that I seem to think should be part of every home despite barely ever sitting at it (I'm on the couch now). I'd looked up the Parcelforce site and it offered a good deal, but wanted a local company to oversee things just in case there were problems en route. Mail Boxes Etc were excellent, especially Brendan who heaved all my stuff into his car in two loads as their van was unavailable that week. They beat the Parcelforce price by about 10%, and put the boxes through on a 24 hour service rather than the 48 hours I'd budgeted for. Everything arrived safely and on time - one box was two days later than the others as it got separated from the main load when leaving Belfast, but probably not MBE's fault and as it turned up anyway I wasn't bothered. Lies, lies and more lies…read more........ Once again I have waited for a delivery from DPD that did not arrive, but happily thanks to the joys of technology, I can see the reason given for non delivery.: Locked Gates! Now this is news to me, as the delivery address is a city centre business, in fact we don't even have gates, we do however have a front door, which is open, we do have two counter staff, and in the rare event that nobody is at the counter and the door is locked, a perfect storm for delivery drivers, if you will, you'd think they would have the nous to actually knock the door. Except they don't, that is assuming of course they actually came near the place and didn't just spoof the POD. Maybe this would account for the lack of "we tried to deliver" card. Maybe the driver was too busy reading the Daily Sport to try and actually meet his delivery schedule, who knows. Trying to phone customer services is hilarious, you first talk to a robot, stay on hold for 20 minutes, then get through to a disinterested scouser who phones the depot (or has a 3 course lunch, going by the time it took) only to come back with the excuses you have heard time and time again from DPD. But seriously, is it too much to ask that items ordered before christmas, on next day delivery, be delivered in a week? Apparently DFD do.

So i send them loads of emails only reply i get "RESCHEDULED FOR TOMORROW" im sick of seeing those lies.. I paid £15 and cant even get it delivered. So i reschedule to pickup point.. Today it says its in depo which is too far for me and i specifically avoided it. So i call.. "Your selected pickup point doesnt exist it isnt on the system" So i say i done it yesterday so how come? He gets it sorted SOMEHOW and guess what... "RESCHEDULED FOR TOMORROW" Oh so it womt come again thanks....
