Not to be confused with the Hanging Park (where hangings used to take place), the Un-Hingy Pavilion (where psychos hang out, not literally, hopefully, or literally, hopefully, depending on your preference), or the Hung-y Park (my bedroom).
This gorgeous little Park is on Beale Street which is funny because nobody really thinks of Beale Street as having a park but it does.
It's a small one and it's a lovely little place to get romantic or relax and reflect, but with all the sounds of the Blues, and the traditional R&B music in the background, it's a great park experience.
It's not the safest place in the world, but then neither is your mother's bedroom on a Friday night after 2 a.m. And I would know. read more
