He left the old toilet that was broken back upstairs, but most importantly said that he'd be back the next Sunday to help. He never responded to me the several times I called and texted. I had someone else come out he was able to install both of my toilets within 2 hours. I also left Gaary in my house alone while I ran to Home Depot five times. Not comfortable with that considering he never responded to me after paying him for basically bringing toilet up and down the stairs. Do not recommend for lack of professionalism and doing what he said he would do.
