The booking process was pretty easy online, I had to call once because I wasnt sure if the quote included waste removal, which luckily it did. The team showed up about 20 mins later than the slot but they phoned me first so I didnt mind. Once they got here they just cracked on. My back garden was basically a jungle - grass up to my knees, bushes everywhere, ivy crawling all over - and within a few hours it actually looked like a garden again. I liked that they paid attention to little bits, trimming along the fence neatly and digging out ivy roots instead of just cutting. They also reshaped my old apple tree which I thought was done for. Looks bare right now but they said it will grow stronger next season so I will see. Only small thing is I thought they would sweep the patio a bit better at the end. But they already filled up 10 big bags of green waste and took it all away so fair enough. The price matched the estimate, no funny add ons or hidden fees like Ive had before with other companies. In the end Handy Gardeners gave me back a garden I can actually use. My kids even played football out there the same evening which never happens. Tom & Harry were very polite, they even talk with my neighbour to move the car so they can bring equipment. Sophie & Max even replanted my flowers in better soil, I did not expect that, they go extra mile for sure. Our family spends a lot of time in the garden. My wife spends hours with our kids outside ,play games there and help them learn the ABCs. We have nice big sitting area and in good weather we can spend the whole weekend there. We want everything in the garden to look pleasant and nice. Really pleased with the service I received from Handy Gardeners - the office were quick to respond, friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. The two gardeners arrived early with all the equipment they needed and got straight to work. We had two small downpours of rain where it was raining too much to stay outside but other than that they worked solidly for 4 hours. We hired Nasko from Handy Gardeners to get our garden into the shape, which recently was lost. Our backyard was a small one but filled with so many plants and a huuuuge expanse of lawn. We were always using some gardening services for the past years due to the lack of free time of ours. I didn't like the last gardener because he wasn't very unknowledgeable of so many things about the plants, which is very odd to me, but it's the real truth. Fortunately, Nasko turned out to be the exact opposite of the previous gardener we had. He can always go to the nursery instead of you for some additional plants or for supplies.
