We brought our senior dog in for a nail trimming and the following day brought our wild child in for a bath. They were patient with our senior dog and took their time. They were great as well about scheduling a bath when our dog adverse dog could be alone. Only draw back was a couple came in as walk ins for nail trimming with three dogs. I moved to upstate NY about 2 years ago and when I came across Bath and Doggie works in Lyons Falls I was open minded - sooo glad for that. The owner - Brianna is wonderful - you can tell it's more than just a job to her - she cares. And that roles over to the people working there as well. Now maybe that doesn't matter to some, but to me and mine- that counts most. These dogs are family and I want the best for them. Not only are they treated good- it's quality work - I have yet to take them and not be overly happy with the outcome. I love the bandanas that are used- gives them that extra cuteness. The only down side I see is on my own end - cuz she books up so fast you gotta get the appt ahead of time to stay up on the grooming. I would recommend anyone giving this place a try - even if it's a little out of your way- you can't beat the prices either - beyond affordable. And she has such flexible hours - drop off early morning and she will call when your fur babies are ready - a definite win/win.
