I've had haircuts before... or at least I thought I did. Turns out those were just "head approximations." Jeremy is on a completely different level. The man is basically the Michelangelo of fades except instead of carving marble, he sculpts my head into something my driver's license photo could only dream of. I drive past at least 12 other barbers to get here, and every mile is a victory lap knowing I'm about to walk out looking like a more refined version of myself the kind of man who tips better, lifts heavier, and makes better life decisions. Jeremy doesn't just cut hair; he performs precision engineering. He could probably defuse a bomb with those clippers. Or start one because that beard trim? The shop vibe is perfect too. Clean, comfortable, and cool enough to feel classy, but not so fancy that you're afraid to sneeze in the wrong direction. Jeremy somehow manages to be professional and hilarious at the same time, which is a skill set that should honestly be licensed. If you want a haircut anywhere else, sure go ahead. But if you want a haircut that makes people stop, tilt their head, and say, "Damn, who lined you up?" then make the trip. Excellent. Meghan is the first new person to cut my hair in 40 years. I had a cut and hot shave both of which were excellent. My hair can be difficult but she layered it perfectly, and listened to my admittedly poor description of how i like it. The shave was a straight razor with hot towels and shaving gel and cream that left my face feeling refreshed and not irritated. Close shave - having had hot shaves before - and she did a fine job. Pleasant conversation. The shop has a great vibe - dark, leather, and shelves lined with spirits of patrons (you can bring your own and they will tag it). They offer a glass of whisky pr bourbon on the house if you like. Overall a fine place and I will be back. Highly recommended. read more

Back for another haircut. I made an appointment with Sabrina at 10am on a Sunday. Arrived at 950am the place was a bit crowded with one barber working on a couple of youngsters. I usually don't write reviews but my wife was so livid about my 3 year old's haircut I have to write this one. We booked with Sabrina on a recommendation by the staff, saying she was "great" with young children. When she showed up, she was immediately rude to us, and started taking pulls from her vape pen. She scoffed at my wife for wanting to have my son sit on her lap while he gets her hair cut, saying "if you let him do this now, he'll be sitting on your lap until he's 10." I was across the room and didn't realize what was going on, but apparently she was extremely nasty to my son, acted like she didn't even want to be there, which was difficult because he was already upset getting his hair cut by her. I tipped her $10 because I was under the impression she did a good job and I understand cutting toddler hair is not an easy task. Turns out the haircut itself that my son got was awful and now we have to take him to get another one. I've had men's haircuts at Handsome Devils before and I don't have bad things to say about the cuts I got from the other staff members, but that will be the last time my son, myself or anyone from my family ever steps foot in their establishment ever again after that experience. There has never been an experience that was so awful to my family in this scenario. Absolutely avoid toddler or children's haircuts here. read more

First time here yesterday, hadn't had a cut in awhile and my hair was a mess. I had a 4:30 appointment but got stuck in traffic, I called to let them know and they were super chill and accommodating about me being late. Jeremy was my barber. Right when I sat down he asked if wanted a bourbon, even got me a big ice cube. I asked for a relaxed mullet and he delivered exactly what I wanted. Not only was the cut perfect but the overall vibe of the shop was dope too. Lots of regulars coming in for appointments, and the other barbers on first name bases with them. I used the online website to book an appointment for a beard shave and haircut. It's super easy and quick. That combo came out to $40. I had Caitlin as my stylist. She was decent at the haircut, and I thought my hair turned out ok. They even offer drinks for as you wait or right before you get your haircut. I do have one minor complaint in regard to this. My stylist legit just walked away in between our haircut to get another customer who just walked in something to drink. To me that was unprofessional. I'd recommend making the drinks self service. Or they should have one person assigned to the drinks who is not actively cutting hair. Another complaint I had was actually in regards to their tipping system. For tips you cannot pay on your bill for some odd reason. Instead you have to Venmo, or Cash app. Its just so dam awkward pulling your phone out to tip. Like my app was acting up and I felt bad leaving the place. So I decided just to tip cash. They should just make it simple and fix their system to have the option of including tips on the receipt. All and all I thought the overall experience was chill. They had good ambiance, free drinks, and are competitively priced. read more

Would have liked to given 5 stars but unfortunately the quality of service was only worth 2 stars at best. Yesterday was my first visit, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. All the barbers were great to chat with. My barber was running about 10 mins late for my appointment. Normally not a big deal, but he seemed rushed thru the whole cut as a result. This seemed to contribute to a lack of attention to detail and quality of work. In particular, my barber gave a good haircut, but shorter than I requested. I can live with it being a little short as the haircut looks fine. However, my beard trim was of poor quality and left me with a noticeably uneven beard. Specifically, I asked to have my mustache lined with my upper lip. My barber left a crooked line 1/3 of an inch above my actual lip line. The result is a very noticeably uneven mustache with a large bare gap between the bottom of the mustache and my lip that will require a month or more to grow back to fix. All in all, disappointed in the quality of work. read more

Had to reschedule from this past Wednesday, opened up the door and walked up the stairs to an impressive set up, nice red leather couch, barber products nicely displayed and a pretty chill atmosphere. Drew Mac did a excellent job of cleaning me up and making me look presentable.
