Their facility is located near Victoria Park and adjacent to the Les Mills. I have never had a problem finding street metered street parking when going in for a visit. There is clear signage and they are down the driveway. Once inside the lighting is clean and professional looking with a waiting area and someone at reception to greet you. Seton and his team are quite experienced in working with a wide range of clients and can work ACC. I had reconstructive shoulder surgery several years ago and Seton took me through of the rehab and my shoulder has made an excellent recovery. I have also done posture alignment work and corrections to my walking and running mechanics. Their approach is a combination of sports massage therapy, stretching, and then an exercise program to build strength and muscle balance so that re-injury can be avoided. They have an open gym area for their stretching and strength training work and then private rooms for any treatment or massage therapy. They also have an acupuncturist who works in the clinic. Overall both I and my family members have had excellent results working with Seton and his team.

After asking around for a physio, several people recommended this place to me, and I'm glad they did. I had treatment from Anya, and not only was she the friendly sort, but also very competent. She's one of the few physios I've ever been to that's concentrated on why I was injured, and thought about what we could do to make sure the chance of it happening again was reduced, rather than just solving the immediate injury. She gave me lots of strengthening exercises and worked on increasing the ankle's flexibility, and I'm pleased to say it's been much better since. She was also happy for me to keep coming in until it really was fixed rather than just send me off halfway through it being fixed.

The osteopath I had was really helpful and before he did anything he asked me all about my medical history, diet, exercise and lifestyle. He then examined my back before he did anything also. I felt really safe and like he know what he was doing. Before he manipulated any of my muscles or back he'd let me know what he was going to do and why. He recommended that I start doing Yoga to build up my muscles and also relax after a hard days work. It was really good that he gave me his honest opinion rather than demanding I come back every week for the next year like some other places.

So off I went to visit a very talented lady I know called Tam. She's talented with curing all your muscular and breathing problems, as she quickly identified all the reasons that were contributing to my back pain. A couple of months onwards, I feel so much better, and she always ask me how I'm going whenever we see each other. A genuinely caring person, Tam will leave you feeling a lot lighter and give you practical steps that can prevent further pain. The place itself is located within a very happening gym, so it's not far to go for your next health step - getting fit!

Got there on time, waited 10 min and that physio still hasn't turned up. I told one of the staff, I must go or I will be really late for work. I was expecting that physio to call to explain or for an apology, but that never happened, until I called them up asking for one. To my surprise, she said she always start at 8.20am on a Friday morning, even she was the person who booked me in. And she hasn't had a break since she got in, so could not call back. Where is the respect to her clients time? I will not be returning.

He also explained I was able to be on ACC, which meant my health care was a good bit cheaper. Having worked in urgent care in England and compared the two, I believe St Lukes was excellent & can highly recommend them. Hopefully, will not need any further treatment, but would definitely go back here.
