They killed my PCM( powertrain control module) by plugging a breather port for a barometric pressure sensor on the bottom of it with there product. It came as no surprise that they then tried to blame Mazda for a "manufacturer's defect".....and would assume no responsibility at all. I will NEVER utilize their service again and advise others to BEWARE! Your vehicle may also have sensitive electronic components that could be damaged by their carelessness. It's good to know how little they value their customers.

I got so frustrated trying to clean my car myself, I said screw it, I'll call around and see what can be done. I called Aqua carwash first, because the price seemed decent. Made an appointment, and when I showed up, they refused to clean my car because it was too dirty! They made a huge deal, made faces, and said it was disgusting. I was mortified. I tried one more place - because I had nothing to lose, and the owner -Mike- of The Car Salon got me an appointment for the next day. I warned them about the state of my car, and they assured me it was no big deal. Showed up to my appointment, they said that they've seen worse, no problem! 2 hours later, my car is AMAZING. It smells so good, stains that I thought were for sure never going to come out are gone, and I can finally have people in my car without apologizing. Any things that I accidentally left in the car were packed neatly away in my trunk, and the staff were super friendly and quick at what they do. These guys have my business forever. Thanks Mike!
