OMG, this was one of the most outstanding experiences I've had at a spa (I've been to dozens and…read moredozens) 2 hour massage with Trish, I never needed to inform her to lighten up or add more pressure, as if she just knew, intuitively, WOW! . I've had many types of massages for the last 45 plus years, this one was in the top three. I then had a complimentary introduction to a facial with Karen. Every detail was explained, product, effects, ingredients, etc., again, WOW! Studio was squeaky clean, inviting, comfortable, and thankfully sooooo quiet, only the light/soft sounds of very soothing spa music/sounds piped in at the perfect volume. Lighting dimmed to absolute perfection. Yelp only allows 5 stars, these folks exceeded that. I'll be returning hopefully monthly with my other half so we can have a relaxing spa day, or half day, together. If you go to RELAX!, you will NOT be disappointed.

I had a very disappointing experience with 20 Orange Spa regarding their billing and overall…read moreprofessionalism. I was charged a $140 no-show fee after missing an appointment. While I understand that many businesses have cancellation policies, this was never disclosed to me at the time of booking. There was no clear mention--verbally or otherwise--that I would be charged the full cost of the visit if I did not show up. Only after the charge was processed was I informed that this is part of their policy. Transparency is critical in any service-based business, especially when it involves significant fees. Failing to communicate such an important policy upfront is unacceptable and misleading. In addition, the way the situation was handled reflected poorly on the business. The staff came across as inexperienced and lacking professionalism. Instead of addressing the concern in a clear and customer-focused manner, the interaction felt dismissive and unstructured. Overall, this experience left a negative impression. Clear communication, accountability, and professional conduct are essential, and unfortunately, those standards were not met here. Better off looking into other well established spas in the area

I have been to 20 Orange Spa several times and received 3 different treatments including a deep…read moretissue massage, sauna and cold plunge and their men's facial. My experiences at 20 Orange are on par with spa experiences I have had at high-end spas all over the world. I really like this place and think it is the best spa in town! Location: they are located right in the heart of downtown Wilmington between Front St and the river walk. Their facility is really high-end and if not the nicest Pricing: they add the gratuity into the price of the massage, so you don't have to deal with tipping. Everything is included in the price of the service. Also, they provide tokens for parking,so no worrying about time on a meter! Facial: They do a facial designed for men where you get to choose the treatments you want. It is basically a prix fixe menu that you pick a treatment from 3 separate categories (exfoliant, mask & massage). I added a picture of the facial menu. Hannah did my facial and it was awesome! Sauna & Cold plunge: they have this large private room that you have all to yourself with both an infrared sauna and cold plunge. I loved the transition from the sauna to the plunge. It left me feeling rejuvenated and alleviated chronic pain and soreness from working out. Massage: I did a 90 minute deep tissue massage with JC. What a great massage, Jc knows what she is doing! And is a deep tissue master
