Starting working on the power source issue, also clean up lots of dust, took it outside. Set up the computer, still no power, motherboard is bad. Removed the Drives, now the tower is ready for recycling. Provided several options. He set up a laptop, we just happen to have external drive. Jason transfer the data to the new drives. Provide great information and explained how to use the drive. While waiting for the data to transfer, Jason was very respectful, kind, understanding.
