Shocked at all the high reviews of Kane. I experienced her to be a manipulator of all parties - me included. She kept me going back to various medical providers to increase the chances for payout from the opposing party. Pro - I got plenty of medical treatment after my car accident; for that, I am incredibly grateful. On the flip side, she kept pushing me to get more treatment, dangling $1MM in claim potential from the defendant's side to motivate me to continue over three years time. I had a pretty solid case with the defendant admitting fault and a police record declaring the same. My payout was a very small fraction of her over-exaggerated promises. I felt that since I was a kind client, Kane did not prioritize me and felt she could play me like a fiddle. The moment I expressed displeasure with the incredible delays, she hustled and wrapped things up in two months, demonstrating she could move quicker and was motivated by dis-ease and aggression rather than honest execution. Again, I'm not the type to leave bad reviews nor behave negatively towards others . . . I've put off writing this review for a year and half and decided to doing so as a cautionary PSA for those considering hiring her. She seems to have peaked in her career long ago, is resting on her laurels, and is ultimately unmotivated and insincere. I hope this doesn't continue to be the case for her current and future clients. It's possible others have a great experience of her - if so, that's fantastic. She never once made me feel like I was a burden since I often ask many questions and I tend to dwell and worry about things. I truly felt that she had my best interest and well-being first.
