There was a sign that said only 4 people at a time in the store, unless it was a family. Ok, we opened the door and there were 4 people in there and the lady said we had to wait. So we are right outside the door waiting and 2 or the 4 people left. My grandchildren were anxious and started walking in before we could stop them, and the lady said as soon as those 2 people left, we could come in. So then those 2 people walk out, so we go in. There are 2 people in there that came in through a back door. The lady tells us that we have to wait again. We had been patiently waiting for a while, and she lets 2 people come in ahead of us. Why couldn't she just tell them that a family was waiting at the front door and they would have to wait? We walked across the street and bought our grandchildren their candy at a drugstore!

Upon seeing some special cookies I wanted for my grandchildren who were coming to visit, I asked to order a few. It turned out that they were not available, but instead of simply informing me of that, the owner got in touch to offer that the kids could come in and do a pretzel dipping session. I was thrilled to have a little surprise for them. But that wasn't all--the ladies donned costumes for the Alice in Wonderland theme and gave the kids a magical experience. The kids went in and put on costumes themselves, posing for tea party pics and checking out the various Wonderland-themed features.
