Be careful when trying or getting a loan from this institution. They are a complete rip off. They loan you your own money (Borrowed against a CD i had) and then a few years later they demand full payment stating, "you have an interest only loan". I never agreed to pay tens of thousands of dollars in interest alone to a bank, then come back and say the loan is up, you have to pay off the balance, which by the way was the exact amount of money i borrowed a few years ago.
