We had completed a manual defrost twice in two weeks and water was still building up under the basket in the bottom of the freezer. Eric came in and got right to work, within 15 minutes. He had all kinds of pieces laying on the floor and he diagnosed it as the drain line being frozen up, not clogged. He was able to get it back together and working again, even less than an hour. part of the problem is we had the temperature set too low. We were very impressed.

They set me up an appointment for Thursday between 8AM and noon. Fast forward to Thursday, I recived a text message that my technician was on the way at around 830 and he showed up a little after 9. The technician was almost immediately able to diagnose the problem with the stove. He had the part that needed to be replaced in his car and fixed the issues right on the spot. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. My stove was working and he was off to his next appointment in less than an hour. I believe the price to be fair and on board with other repair services. I also believe that I could not have gotten my stove repaired any faster. I am glad to have contacted them. They made an inherently stressful situation less stressful.
