When we arrived the place was dark, dated, and empty. I think this is one of those places where you take your food to go. When we got to the counter there were four young guys that were in the back and manning the grill. Two of them were just hanging out and chatting while the other two were actually working. They said they were backed up and we needed to wait to order so we took a seat. About 5 minutes later they were able to put together the last orders they were working on and pulled us up to the counter. We both ordered the small Combo, which came with half Teriyaki Chicken and half Sweet Onion Steak over rice. First let's start with the good. The small combo was well priced, comes with a lot of food, and cooked fresh on the grill. As for the taste, it was smokey and not in a good way and bitter. We were hoping the sauce would balance out the flavors but ended up being way too salty. Overall, not the best experience. Maybe this was an off day.
