When your friend's father is nice enough to suffer through your presence for an entire weekend, and…read morethe only way you repay him is by drinking all of his scotch...you need a place like Zabi's. Yes, the prices are steep. But you're also in Southampton, and if you're not a freeloader like myself, I'm assuming you can probably afford the markup. The selection is fairly comprehensive, and you should be able to find everything you're looking for, including that bottle of Balvenie. Bourbon, vodka, gin, tequila, Zabi's has had everything else I've tried to find, and the beer distributor next door has you covered if you need something to drink on a boat.

It's not going for that." He then tried to show me an identical bottle marked $19.99, but I had already taken a photo before he scraped the prices off. He then tried to accuse me of somehow magically putting on a fake price tag before yelling at me that he didn't like that I took a picture. He then took the bottles away and said: "Take a hike. Get out of my store!" And, then started shouting like a lunatic yelling at me as I exited. So, basically they decided to lose a sale of two bottles of wine totaling almost $30 because they wanted an additional $7 which they lost solely due to their own error for which they refuse to take responsibility. Not to mention, I've been a loyal customer buying there every summer, and now I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know what happened. Oh and by the way, the owner was not even wearing a mask.
