Went to a different barber shop and they butchered my hair a couple weeks ago. I have longer hair that can be harder to manage. Couldn't take it anymore and needed to clean it up. Called and got an appointment with Kevin, luckily he had an opening on the same day. He nailed it, I feel like a million bucks now. Definitely recommend Kevin. They do a great job. If you make an appointment they are very serious about it and they take pride in the work they do here. I would recommend it to anyone passing through for vacation or the beach. Just jumping out of the chair to feel good and look good makes it worth the trip. The guys who own the shop are very kind and the conversation was great. Terrible haircut. Most of the guys they have working there have zero experience, and they crank people through there like an assembly line. Also, don't risk making an appointment. They have a 3 hour cancellation window, and any changes within that window incur a $35 fee. Exorbitant, onerous... not a business interested in building loyal customers. read more

Came a 2nd time during busier hours and the place was packed. I expected that, so my 4 stars isn't for the wait time. The cut itself was good, but the barber was timid in cutting the length I wanted. The other thing is that when he finished, he didn't wipe the excess hair off any part of my face or neck, so I was covered in my own cut hair. He handed me a napkin after and asked me to just wipe off the rest. He did let me use the student discount, which I am. So there's that. Still would come back. read more

Been by 3 times to try to get a haircut. More than an hour wait each time. Two times, only one barber working. Clearly there's demand, hope they can hire up to meet it. I've had bad haircuts in the past, but this was probably the worst. Javier clearly didn't know what he was doing and was unable to copy the photo and instructions I gave him. Additionally, he managed to slice open my ear with the buzzer to the point of it bleeding and never even wiped the blood off. Very disappointed especially because the other barbers seemed to be good at cutting hair. Would not recommend Javier under any circumstances. read more

great haircut. I would have someone welcome people when they come in, though (standing at the unattended desk for 5 minutes and getting asked. "you want your haircut?". Ah, yes! ) They seem nice. Also, keep the "blue" banter to a whisper: I don't get offended easily (if at all) but it creates a vibe that really isn't necessary for your place's success. More to say but as long as the cut is good and reasonably inexpensive which it is, I would love to go back when I'm in town. read more

Well I never thought I would write a review on a Barber but here it is.I passed by this small shop hundreds of times . Often looking in I was curious as to why there are so many people , young people at that waiting or hanging around this shop.At first it appears to be a Latino Barber shop and while it is possibly owned by a young Latino man, this is no question that this shop cater's to all people.I went in on first visit and had a 15 min.wait and was cut by a wonderful young lady who spent allot of time giving me the best hair cut I have ever had. A very fair rate of 22.00 dollars The derail to attention was like none other, So why do people wait I ask well yesterday I stopped in and there were 4 people in front of me a great reggae radio station and great conversation among the clients and barbers,I spend nearly 1/2 hours sitting texting relaxing and enjoying what I think s barber shop must have been like years ago.
