I have asthma and allergies and was having more nasal congestion than usual and didn't want it to get really bad. Dr Queen has been my ENT for over 10 years and is just amazing. I called the office and staff worked me in to get an appointment that afternoon. I registered at home before my appt so I didn't have to do anything but see the doctor. It was a sinus infection and I needed antibiotics. I am so thankful to doctor Queen and his staff for getting me in so quickly to treat this before it got much worse. Everyone in this office is just amazing and I tell all of my friends and family they should definitely see Dr. Queen.

I went into the office 3 times to ask about these referrals and was told that they were put in and someone would call me. I called Riverside and TPMG and was informed that they have not received anything from HR ENT regarding my issues. I called and left a message and was told that someone would contact me within 48 hours. Worst place I have ever dealt with. Next step will be to call my insurance company and file a complaint.

I was sent home because they tried to force me to do something I had no idea how to do. I was not informed that it would be my last day working with the company, instead I came into the office to work and my door code was deactivated. All I got was a sorry excuse over the phone like always! The turnover rate is crazy l've seen more people come and go just in the 11 months l've worked for them. They can't keep any employees because the management is terrible! Apparently after you put your 2 weeks in you get treated like crap while they pretend like they aren't doing nothing wrong! However, my employment would end immediately, which came as a surprise and left me in a difficult position. I had hoped to complete my final projects and hand over my responsibilities professionally, but was not given the chance to do so. While I appreciate the experience I gained with the company, I felt that handling the situation in this manner was unnecessary and reflected poorly on employee relations. Moving forward, I hope the company considers honoring notice periods to support departing employees. Also I went from being offered a new position to almost being fired in the same week.. this literally tells you all you need to know about the company!
