It was wonderful being able to take my things to the room before the sessions started. The rooms themselves could use a bit of upgrading but they are clean. The shower was nice after a long day socializing in conference sessions. Downtown Wooster looks adorable. I wish I would have had time to explore. The hotel is right downtown so if you have time scope out the surroundings and check out the local shops.

No safe in rooms, it's $25 per day. All rooms have ironing boards, microwave, and refrigerator.

The fitness center has 2 treadmills and a Pelaton bike as well as free weights. They offer warm chocolate chip cookies in the evening. Coffee is free and available 24/7. Carolyn at the bar made me an excellent martini with her own bleu cheese stuffed olives. I had the hummus platter which is enough for 2 or more people. Breakfast consists of continental for $7.95 which includes pastries, fruits, cereal and juices. They also offer hot breakfast consisting of eggs and breakfast meats. Plenty of parking available. The Wifi is easy to connect to and quite fast.

We chose Hilton because I am a Hilton Honors member and typically enjoy staying with Hilton. I had selected a digital key option and reported my time of arrival. I was driving 6.5 hours with young children, so I was hoping to be able to get them settled in right away. About an hour before arrival I still hadn't gotten our digital key (this was after our stated time of arrival because kids made more rest stops than I planned). I called and asked if the room was ready or if there were problems with the digital key. They told me that the room wasn't cleaned yet and I would get the key when it was, but assured me the room would be clean when I get there. It wasn't. We had to ask them to switch rooms and waited for the room to be ready. The room was large, but not necessarily clean. It had a weird smell, but after a long drive, I was not trying to switch rooms again. I figured they would get it cleaned during room service time the next morning. We had dinner in the lobby. The food was acceptable and reasonably priced. The drinks were strong (always a good thing). The waitress was super nice. The kids swam in the pool. The pool was clean and the kids enjoyed it. The next morning we leave for the show at 7 am. We do not arrive back to the hotel until after 6:00 pm. We arrive to the room to find the room has not been cleaned at all. They did not take out any trash. Did not replace any used towels or hand soaps. Room still smells weird. In the elevator is now a tipped over Lysol wipes dispenser. That is currently still in the elevator. I am not sure how people are expected to fit carts in the elevator to bring down their bags and luggage. When I called the front desk to ask about the cleaning and to get new towels, the lady at the desk said "you can come get the towels if you want at the front desk. We had a lot of check-outs yesterday so we probably just never got around to cleaning your room" um what? For $150 per night and 11 hours out of the room, you'd think that tidying the room would be included. They don't have anyone to bring the towels up either? Weird. So I left my children in the room alone, and went to get the towels. They would only give me 1 set of towel I guess we're all supposed to share. Overall, the stay worked. We had somewhere to sleep and eat. I wouldn't say it was a great experience. It definitely wasn't the typical experience I have had with Hilton. Next time we're out here for the Wooster show, we will stay somewhere else

Our rooms were luxurious and comfortable, and obviously meticulously cared for. Genevieve served us a decadent, made to order breakfast (including her wonderful homemade scones!). The B&B is perfectly situated for a visit to College of Wooster--walking distance up the hill to campus as well as down the hill to the sweet downtown area. I highly recommend!

I have stayed in village hostels outside of America and this is the only thing I can compare it to. I felt much more like a family friend than a guest or customer. The hosts were very flexible with my check-in time and really went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The house is 167 years old and in awesome condition. Plumbing and lighting is all in perfect working order. You get plenty of personal space and access to several common areas. Free wifi was pretty fast. There were complimentary beverages, snacks, cookies, chocolates (CHOCOLATES!), and breakfast made to order. Wooster is small, charming, yet pretty hip town. There are several good places to eat within walking distance and the locals are were happy to show me around. This was in winter, probably the dead season, but I really enjoyed my stay. When you include the amenities, the stay greatly exceeded expectations when it comes to value. Highly recommend staying here and I'd return in a heart-beat!

No butter is offered for breads or waffles. Ate it one day for our 4 day visit. Fortunately, there are lovely restaurants in nearby Wooster. The hotel is conveniently situated across the street from McDonald's. Beware that there are no elevators for the second story. This may affect you being able to get your heavy bags upstairs. The beds are hard as a rock with linens that come off the corners with every turn. It's really tough to get a good night's sleep. This hotel caters to working folks who get up early and sometimes make a lot of noise very early in the morning. No problem, but you may need to consider earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The hotel has an attached pool next to the front lobby with a small grill on the patio next to it. I didn't see anyone use either during our stay, so I can't comment on them. The rooms feature a good-sized mini fridge and microwave. It is fairly expensive for the quality imho.

She went up and checked the accessibility of the rooms and then added a shower chair so my mom could fully access the shower. Overall the hotel is nice and very clean. Breakfast is the traditional hotel fare. Our only issue was our last night, a family with children moved in above us. Their children ran and jumped till 1:00 am and the front desk couldn't do anything about it. Thankfully the front desk manager addressed it in the morning. The hotel is conveniently located across from the Angus Beef offices and right behind the shopping and restaurant area. It was a quick drive to downtown Wooster. We've already booked our reservation for the spring for my niece's graduation so we will be back!

So many terrible things about my experience with this place! 1) I called the local area code number…read moreon the website that I thought was a direct line and only found out later it was a third party. 2) I was leading a large group of people - they called day of the stay to tell me that they overbooked and needed to split the group up to 2 different establishments. 3) I paid for 12 rooms and they only gave us 11. NO REFUND WAS GIVEN FOR SHORTING US A ROOM THAT WAS PAID AHEAD OF TIME. 4) when we got there 1 room had bed bugs, 1 was never cleaned, another had 1 bed that was clearly slept on or in, another had the door propped open to try to clear the smoke smell and the poeple i was leading didn't feel safe because of gorup of young men were parked outside of their door, drinking, running around and intimidating them. We left to go elsewhere because my group did not feel safe at all and didn't want to get bed bug infestation brought back with them. 5) i was told they would be "generous" and refund 4 of the 12 rooms I paid for (mind you they didn't even give us the 12th room) because we didn't stay. NO REFUND WAS EVER GIVEN. HORRIBLE PLACE, HORRIBLE OWNER, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

It seems very run down and a stop for truckers. Check in was smooth, made sure to ask for any memberships to get a discount. She really loves AAA! Very friendly and informative! I was impressed. Thin walls, could hear everything in the neighboring room but other than that...fantastic and great for a night!
